The diversity and experience of the team at Donner Plumbing & Heating, Inc. shows our capability for handling tough jobs. Donner currently owns 47 vehicles for service and a huge inventory of piping and replacement parts. These advantages better equip our team to handle any service call or contract project. We specialize in plumbing and heating systems including general repairs, boiler work, HVAC units, evaporative coolers, refrigeration, water leaks and gas piping. Our extended services include chiller replacement, cooling tower replacement, high- and low-pressure steam and condensate systems and all phases of new and remodel construction.

Donner Plumbing & Heating, Inc. has expanded work statewide and will continue to perform work for the following school districts: Lovington, Hobbs, Artesia, Carlsbad, Santa Fe, Jal, Zuni, Gallup, Navajo, Tohatchi, Taos, Grants and Albuquerque. We currently have crews stationed in Lovington, Hobbs, Santa Fe, and Albuquerque and continue to work throughout the State of New Mexico.

COMPANY HISTORY: OVER 40 YEARS OF EXCELLENCE

Donner Plumbing & Heating, Inc. was founded by Jack Donner and Don Donner in 1973. Initially, residential service work was our primary focus, but as the business quickly began to grow, our knowledge base grew as well. By 1975, Donner Plumbing & Heating, Inc. had expanded to performing new construction projects, large remodels, boiler replacements, and steam and condensate installations among other large-scale commercial projects.

Since then, Donner Plumbing has received multiple commercial contracts, some upwards of $7 million. Our service department continues to grow every year, and holds an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Donner currently holds maintenance contracts with Albuquerque Public Schools, The University of New Mexico, New Mexico State University, New Mexico Junior College, and a Cooperative Education Services contract covering the entire State of New Mexico for any school system.

In April of 1995, Don Donner and Jack Donner retired and sold the business to Michael A. Donner, Mitchell C. Sayer and Bernardino Martinez. The three new owners had been with Donner for 17 years at the time of purchase. After the new owners had taken over, sales had increased from $3 million to $21 million. Since the retirement of Bernardino Martinez in October 2008, the quality performance and exceptional service has been directed by owners Michael Donner (President), MitchellSayer(Vice-President) and April Donner (Secretary/Treasurer/Comptroller).
